She is a Nubian/Alpine cross. This makes her exceptional because the nubian breed brings in nice butterfat. That is what makes her milk so nice, creamy, and nourishing. The alpine breed brings in long term milking. This helps me get milk from her for a longer period of time than I would if she was a full nubian. She enjoys her snacks on the stand.
